1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "co44" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at co44.io, operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" means any registered individual account holder who has completed the registration process and whose account is in good standing.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on co44 through which all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims are transacted.
• "Funds" refers to all real-money balances held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus credits unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Credits" means promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any other non-cashable incentive credited to a Player's Account by co44.
• "Services" encompasses all products, games, betting markets, promotions, and support features available on co44, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and video poker.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Taka" / "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the co44 platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on co44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any game-specific rules, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in the game-specific rules.

2.3 co44 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this page regularly.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access any real-money product on co44. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. co44 enforces this requirement through automated checks and manual KYC review. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method minus the value of any bonuses credited and wagered.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. co44 operates in jurisdictions where it holds a valid licence. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using co44 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are playing. co44 makes no representation that its Services are available or appropriate in all jurisdictions.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be registered with any self-exclusion programme applicable to co44 at the time of registration or use.

3.4 Acting on Your Own Behalf. You must be registering and using co44 exclusively on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual, corporate entity, or third party.

4 Account Registration

4.1 To access the real-money Services on co44, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on co44. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited. co44 employs automated duplicate-detection systems. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held in them will be subject to forfeiture.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. co44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

4.4 You must not share your Account with any other person, allow any other person to use your Account, or transfer your Account to another person. Any transaction made through your Account is deemed to have been made by you.

4.5 co44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Before processing any withdrawal request, co44 is required to verify the identity, age, and payment method ownership of the Account holder. This process is referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.2 co44 may request the following documents as part of KYC verification:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing the registered mobile number).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document, as requested by the verification team.

5.3 co44 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Player's use of the platform, not only at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

5.4 All KYC documents submitted to co44 are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. co44 uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal data.

6 Deposits

6.1 All deposits to your co44 Account must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using one of the payment methods supported by the platform. Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

6.2 The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary by payment method, account verification status, and applicable responsible gaming limits set by the Player.

6.3 Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. co44 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network congestion.

6.4 You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not use funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source. co44 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds in any Account at any time.

6.5 co44 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply transaction charges independent of co44. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Player.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit into the same Account, subject to availability. co44 applies this policy as an anti-money-laundering measure.

7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily/weekly limits are displayed in the Account withdrawal section and are subject to change at co44's discretion.

7.3 Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional security checks are required.

7.4 Withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's KYC verification has been successfully completed. co44 strongly advises all Players to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal request to avoid delays.

7.5 co44 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending investigation of any suspected fraud, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where a suspicious activity report is being prepared for submission to the relevant authorities.

7.6 Bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before any part of those winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will result in the automatic removal of the bonus portion from the withdrawal amount.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 co44 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

8.2 All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier), eligible games or markets, minimum odds requirements, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings.

8.3 co44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including where co44 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a promotion is being abused.

8.4 Bonus Abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage), using betting patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other Players to collectively exploit promotional terms. co44 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

8.5 Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who are eligible under the specific promotion terms. Players who are self-excluded or have active deposit limits that conflict with minimum qualifying requirements may not be eligible to claim certain promotions.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 All bets and wagers placed on co44 are final once confirmed. Players should carefully review all selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any wager. co44 cannot reverse a confirmed bet except where a manifest error has occurred.

9.2 Manifest Errors. In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, co44 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player. This right applies regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent at the time the bet was placed.

9.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. In-play bets are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant cricket governing body.

9.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. In the event of a dispute regarding a live casino game result, the recorded game history from the software provider's server constitutes the definitive record and shall be used for settlement purposes.

9.5 Slots and Crash Games. All slot and crash game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel. Crash game multipliers are generated using a provably fair algorithm that is independently audited.

9.6 co44 reserves the right to suspend any market or game at any time where it has reason to believe that the integrity of the event or game outcome may have been compromised.

10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on co44 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one Account on co44.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of the event.
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using co44 as a vehicle for financial crime of any kind.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing co44 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any coordinated scheme designed to defraud co44 or its payment providers.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 co44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all Players. We recognise that for a small minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.2 The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders free of charge and can be activated at any time through the Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose over a defined period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the co44 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, game graphics, text, images, audio, video, interface designs, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of co44 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of co44's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 co44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

14 Limitation of Liability

14.2 co44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials; (c) interruptions to the platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (d) any bet or wager outcome; or (e) any reliance placed on information provided on the platform.

14.3 In any event, co44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit co44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 co44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, co44 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account at least seven days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

15.2 Your continued use of the co44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date of the changes.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at co44.io/terms-conditions and supersedes all prior versions.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

16.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which co44 operates its international gaming licence.

16.2 In the event of any dispute, Players are encouraged to contact co44's customer support team in the first instance. co44 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal complaint.

16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through co44's internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by co44's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from our support team.

16.4 Players agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one year of the date on which the cause of action arose, after which the right to bring such proceedings shall be irrevocably waived.
